    I don’t deny the Chinese thirst for knowledge, but I wonder if the wider eye scanning and more clicking isn’t a product of being less familiar with the internet environment. I suspect US users were probably like Chinese in the late 80s-early 90s. But after a time, we have learned what not to look at (ads) and how to zero in on what we’re looking for more directly. Studies comparing China/US users which filter for the individual’s experience on the web would seem helpful.
